Q: I have a Kindle/Nook/other vendor-specific e-reader. Can I still buy and read books directly from your store?

A: Yes! I deliver my books via BookFunnel, which if you’ve ever taken advantage of a free book giveaway, you’ve probably already used. They’re totally compatible with every kind of e-reader on the market!

Q: I don’t have an e-reader. Can I still buy and read your e-books?

A: Yes! If you don’t have an e-reader but have access to a computer, smart phone, or tablet, I highly recommend downloading Bookfunnel’s free e-reader app, which turns any device into a high-quality e-reader. (It’s also the best way to listen to audiobooks you buy direct from authors!)

Q: What difference does it make buying directly from authors vs. from vendors?

A: Buying directly from authors allows us more control over our own content and more direct contact with our readers. Also, since we don’t have to share a significant cut with the vendors, we can usually pass on those savings to YOU–everybody wins!

Q: I’m  having trouble getting my payment method to process properly. What should I do?

Q: I’m  having trouble getting my book onto my device. What should I do?

A: You should have received an email from BookFunnel with information on how to contact them to resolve any technical issues (which they know a lot more about than I do!) If you didn’t get an email from BookFunnel, please email me at anne@annerenwick.com, and we’ll try to figure out a solution together.
